Power Hour

Power Hour is your go-to for a full-body sweat that brings the energy from start to finish. This high-impact group fitness class blends strength and cardio into one fierce, feel-good session. With heart-pumping music and a motivating coach leading the way, you’ll move through circuits of squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, and more — using dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight to challenge every major muscle group.

All levels welcome, all goals supported. Come ready to move, push yourself, and leave stronger than you came.
